DIY HOME: NEON SIGN ART

In the lead up to the silly season I have become obsessed with neon signs as art. British artist Tracey Emin has created some of the most recognisable art using neon signs (see some here) which you have no doubt seen (and perhaps fallen in love with too).  I admit to having very little aptitude when it comes to electrics, and also a chronic fear of burning the house down (ingrained in me by my parents from a very young age) but after seeing cool neon art seemingly everywhere, I've vowed that I'll work out how to DIY myself some neon signage before the month is out.
