DIY INSPIRATION - CUT OUT CROP TOP

This is the most perfect crop top I've seen in a while - loving the mini peplum and cut out. It looks super easy to make yourself too using a thrifted cotton singlet and some chain - simply cut a layer off the bottom and reattach using chains.
