I've always wanted to check out the Brooklyn Flea - a mecca of vintage and antique stalls that attracts people from all over New York (and travellers from all over the world). The atmosphere last Saturday at the Fort Greene flea was amazing, with perfect sunny-but-crisp weather. It was hard to choose between the top tier vintage pieces and the amazing food stalls, but somehow we managed. Sadly I didn't take the vintage Chanel bucket bag home with me (too pricey) - but I bought a gorgeous black and white beaded jacket instead which I am sure you will see soon. I very much recommend a trip to the flea if you're ever in New York!
